The Central Depository and Settlement Corporation (CDSC); as the appointed Agent for the M-Akiba Retail Bond Issued by the National Treasury, wishes to notify M-Akiba investors who have not claimed their Principal and/or Interest payments for M-Akiba 1 and M-Akiba 2 Bond Issues, that after 1st November, 2023 any unclaimed M-Akiba funds will be transferred to the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) in line with the regulations on unclaimed financial assets.
